Ordering Policy

At the present time I am not accepting any custom orders.

New stock is posted in the online store when it is available, and is sold on a first come, first served basis. At the present time I do not have a set production schedule. You can receive notifications through a wide variety of mechanisms.

Local Delivery

If you live or work in San Francisco, I can deliver your bag via bicycle at no extra charge.

Shipping within the United States

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with full insurance. The shipping rate for a single messenger bag up to a Standard Large is a flat $18. Extra-large bags, backpacks, and all Deluxe bags are a flat $24.

International Shipping

I also use United States Postal Service Priority Mail for all international orders and will gladly ship orders to anywhere the USPS ships to. However, it is expensive.

Contact me for a quote on international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Shipping rates to Canada start at $30. All other countries start at $45. Rates will be higher if your order does not fit into a flat-rate box.

Any import duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Please note: Any order valued at over $500 will be subject to higher rates. This is because insurance for over $500 value cannot be purchased online and must be purchased in person at a post office, thus online shipping discounts are not available.
